• Then, load one suppository into the top of the applicator.

Pro Tip: If using an applicator while standing feels too awkward, lay down on a towel or at the edge of your bed to insert it.
If you’re feeling brave or don’t have an applicator handy, you can always slip a suppository as far as it will go into your vagina using a clean finger.
