Orders placed Monday through Friday, including expedited orders, will go out the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM (EST).
Any orders placed after 12 PM EST, including expedited orders, will not be shipped out until the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day. Please note that we cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the allotted time. USPS has been experiencing service impacts* which can cause delays in shipping time. We will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping cost due to USPS delays.
*Due to the increased volume of traffic through USPS due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing challenges in recording tracking numbers for all packages. With the high volume of orders through USPS, they are not consistently updating shipping or tracking information as they normally do for all packages. If you do not see a tracking number or if it shows your package is in “pre-shipment”, it doesn’t mean your order has not been shipped. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
